My thesis examines the paradox that New Zealanders come up with great ideas and largely fail to commercialise them.
I completed my thesis in 2015, but it’s just as relevant today.
To me, it’s about enabling creativity so that we don’t lose the very thing that makes us unique – especially as we navigate this new world of AI.
It’s only by thinking differently that we can solve the problems that exist.
By getting to the future first.
I’m even more driven than ever now to change the way we think about business in New Zealand.
Reach out to me if you’re looking for a keynote speaker to get your audience to think differently and solving problems through creativity, and let’s get your organisation to the future first.
In the meantime, I hope you’ll find this 30-minute video with notable New Zealanders, a reminder of the important part creativity plays in solving a problem like NZ.
Specila thanks to Phillip Mills, Kevin Roberts, Louise Webster and George Hickton for letting me interview them!
